We choose to represent buyers only as Buyers agents. We are not salesmen. Instead, we act as consultants, advisors, and negotiators for our buyer clients. We've sold one home and purchased another one through The Mazza Team and were very happy with both transactions. Sid Mazza helped me narrow down my search and we looked at three properties. It was actually fun. Sid has a great personality and isn't at all the typical "pushy real estate agent". Because the home we wanted had gone into foreclosure and had been turned over to auction, there were more steps in the negotiation process and it took longer than we had expected. Sid stayed in touch to update us on the progress of the paperwork. At the closing, we learned that the seller's agent had not left the keys with the attorney.
